Pure fruit expression of a vineyard site with composure and balance. Effusive bouquet of many cherries; wild cherries, black cherries, Queen Anne, even Cherry pie. Then some deeper notes of cassis and blackberry, just to let you know that it really is a Cabernet Sauvignon. A gentle and playful wine, the palate has an easy entry, then a rich swell of chocolate and cherry with some spicy hoisin sauce. The flavors don’t give up, pushing all the way through the end of the finish. Still young and bouncy, and with a lot of fun ahead of it!
