A special balance created from beautiful, sun-filled days complimented with the juxtaposition of cool, mountain evenings creates a wine ruby red in color; and accented with luxurious aromas of wild cherry and ripe blackberry.

Here, the cooling effect of fog and wind off of the San Pablo Bay allows for the retention of natural acidity, with lively notes of melon and pear. 2021 is one of those rare harvests with textbook perfect weather conditions that created spectacular wines. We partnered this wine with new oak barrels.

We appreciate the tropical fruit tones that evolve in the wines each year from our Napa Valley estate vineyard. No new oak was used, no secondary fermentations or other manipulations.
