Vineyard Notes
The 2022 Estate Chardonnay hails from the meticulously tended Estate Vineyards in Napa Valley. This vintage brought a unique combination of warm days and cool marine-influenced mornings, ideal for developing layered complexity in Chardonnay. Despite the varied weather, the vines thrived, producing fruit with excellent acidity and concentration. Our nighttime harvest captured the freshness and elegance of the vineyard, balancing rich flavors with natural vibrancy.
Harvest Notes
The 2022 growing season provided a journey of contrasts, from early bud break to warm spells followed by cooling tropical showers. Each phase contributed to the character of the grapes, allowing us to craft a Chardonnay that captures the best of the vintage. Harvested at optimal ripeness in late September, the fruit showcased balanced acidity and structure, promising a wine with depth and refined expression.
