Serious and intense nose, with dark cassis fruit, and a lighter layer of vanilla and violets. Palate is very serious and dark – will need time to evolve a bit. Dark cherry and cassis fruit with finessy tannins, but so mouth filling that it feels monolithic. This Cab reflects the Oakville pedigree of a great site.
